Any photo or video from their phone, including iPhone HEIC photos, which are converted automatically. Moment allows up to 30 MB per photo and 250 MB per video; Celebration allows 50 MB and 500 MB. There is no limit on video length, only file size. Voice messages can be up to 30 seconds.

There's no direct export, but you can download your whole gallery as a ZIP file in original quality and import it into Google Photos, iCloud Photos, Dropbox or any other service.
